Nazeem Uddin embarked on his illustrious career in 1982 at Ashok Leyland’s IT Department during a pivotal period of migration from IBM 360 to PDP 11/44 systems. This marked the beginning of a distinguished journey in the IT sector, which saw him implementing ERP solutions at Ashrafs, Bahrain, using Wang MVP. He then took on a key role in the newly established IT division, spearheading sales of hardware and software amidst the advent of IBM PC clones, including ALR, Singapore, and Casio PCs.
Nazeem’s career is marked by numerous pioneering achievements. He was instrumental in installing Bahrain’s first Novell Network, launching Abu Dhabi’s first ever retail PC showroom (Alpha Data), and setting up the city’s first Internet Café. His visionary efforts also facilitated bringing Infosys, India, to the UAE and designing back office systems for banks.
From 2009 to 2024, he managed channel partner relationships for ACL, Canada, a leading Audit Analytic Software company that evolved into Galvanize and subsequently merged with Diligent. His expertise in channel partner management has been pivotal in driving the company’s success.
In addition to his IT endeavors, Nazeem serves as the Managing Director of Scuderia Motor Design a luxury interior customization firm for Mercedes Vans, and as the Managing Director of Aamin Data Solutions (ADS) a channel partner company in the MENA region to deliver tailored, well tested, and verified solutions from leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). www.scuderiamotordesign.com, www.aamindata.com
